Le še nekaj ur nas loči do skoka v 2012. Veter zunaj mojega pisarniškega okna zavija s približno 130 km na uro, vrtince snega dviguje više kot so visoki borovci. Sprašujem se, ali to predstavlja čiščenje leta 2011, ali napoved leta 2012?

2012 je bila vroča tema vse odkar sem bil v duhovnih krogih. Omenite ga skupini Šaumber in predmet bo zagotovo prinesel na dan vse od scenarijev Majevskega koledarja, do vrhunca teorij velikega premika in celo do prerokb o koncu sveta. Ko je bil Adamus nedavno vprašan o tem, kaj misli o letu 2012, je rekel: »Komaj čakam na 2013, da lahko pustimo 2012 za seboj. Moteče je.«

Za 2012 sem prepričan o določenih stvareh. Na voljo vam bo več energije in možnosti kot kdaj koli prej. Vaša zavest je to priklicala, še posebej zadnjih deset, dvanajst let. Prav tako ste prosili za spremembo in sprememba prinese velike količine energije.

Nivo energije brez primere, ki bo na voljo leta 2012, bo omogočil, da uresničite svoje sanje in strasti. To bo čas, da zaženete svoje podjetje, izumite nov izdelek, prenovite svoje telo, greste preko uma, integrirate svoje aspekte, ali kar koli drugega, kar boste izbrali, da storite. Ta planet bo šel to leto skozi nekaj ogromnih sprememb in nekateri ljudje bodo s to celotno preizkušnjo izjemno izzvani. Vi ste že bili skozi vse grobe stvari in ste zdaj prišli do svoje jedrne resnice. 2012 je za vas leto, da uživate eno najboljših let svojega življenja!

MAKE IT REAL

I especially liked it when Adamus said last Saturday during the Shoud, “Tell me how you’re going to make it real,” because that’s what I’ve been playing with these last few weeks – making it really real. And it’s finally working! Manifesting our choices here on Earth has been the frustration of so many Shaumbra, and it is indeed time to go beyond that. So I am answering Adamus’ invitation to tell him – and you – exactly how I’m making it real.

In the last couple Shouds Adamus has talked about how our choices do always manifest, but all too often they end up in the other realms instead of here on Earth. Why do you suppose that is?

It’s because your choices manifest wherever you make them. And if you’re floating off somewhere else, mostly out of your body, spinning in your mind and disconnected from yourself here on Earth, your choices are going to manifest somewhere out there. On the other hand, when you give yourself the time to get into your body, connect with All That You Are and FEEL it right here inside you, then your choices will manifest right here on Earth where you made them. Do you see how simple it is?

I had the experience a few years ago of erasing a chronic and irritating physical problem by pure choice. One morning I was just utterly fed up with it, and in a moment of total presence with myself I just said No More! Believe it or not, the condition was gone in that instant and has never returned. Since then I have tried many times to recreate that level of easy and immediate effectiveness, but never with much success. I would think about it, want it, wish it would work – but something was always missing.

Now I know what it was – and I laugh because our spooky friends have been telling us all along. I had to get into my body!

The absolute most important factor in making a conscious creative choice is to make it with All That I Am. Well, that sounds good, and it’s been a very nice mental concept for years. I would often think I was making a choice from “all of me,” and then wonder why it wasn’t working. However, in dealing with some fairly big choices recently, it all fell into place. (And now I’m going to attempt the impossible by explaining with words something that you have to experience to really get.)

In order to choose from All That You Are, you first have to experience and be All That You Are. This means to get into your body. Are you ready to do that? If so, give yourself a little time and become so focused on and in your body that you’re not paying attention to anything else. Turn inward, letting the awareness of everything else fall away. Feel your toes, legs, hands – everything. Bring your awareness into the blood that’s flowing through you, into your tissues and organs. Really FEEL your body as it’s humming along.

You’ll know you’re feeling it when you start tingling, getting warm, or having some other physical sensation. (These sensations are always there, now you’re just paying attention.) As you notice what you’re feeling, simply HAVE the sensation. Observe it fill or move through your body. The more connected you become with your body, the more you’ll actually feel it. If there’s pain, feel it. If there’s tiredness, feel it. When thoughts come, bring your attention back to what your body is feeling. Keep breathing. You’ll find that this isn’t work, this is creation and it actually feels good. In fact, you might even get a little preoccupied with the bliss of reunion!

Eventually you’ll feel ready to make your true conscious choice. Breathe deeply, enhancing everything that you’re feeling. Breathe in All That You Are. Breathe in the Life that you are. Feel every cell come alive. Breathe in whatever and everything that you are experiencing in your Now.

And when you’re ready, let it all burst forth with your choice! Feel it explode into the omniverse, reverberating with the patterns of what you desire. Perhaps you’ll express something like:

“I choose ___ !!” (abundance, freedom, total health, etc)
“I am done with ___ !!” (the games, hiding, being depressed, searching, fooling myself, etc)
“I choose to ___ !!” (love and accept myself, trust myself, lose weight, buy a house, etc)

FEEL your choice come from this core of integration, joy and desire that you’ve been basking in. FEEL the strength and joy and intensity and passion that is automatically present anytime your Essence is present. FEEL your choice radiate out to All That Is like the sun shining through the darkness. FEEL IT. You’ll be amazed at what you feel…

Then let it go. Completely.

Trust that you have made your choice, and simply go on living your life, following your inspiration, and allowing things to change. (That’s very important.) Don’t even bother with the thoughts and questions that will come… “Did I do it right? I don’t see a change yet. How will it happen? What if…?” Know that every single question and doubt is coming from your mind, and therefore doesn’t really matter.

One of my recent choices, as mundane as it seems, was to lose weight. And I hesitate to even share this because of the many overlays that seem to pile up on this subject. But there IS a solution! I had come to a place of totally loving and accepting and appreciating my body exactly as it was, AND I felt it was time to recreate it.

Now, I have wanted to do this for the last 14 years, and have tried a few things to force it to change. But these schemes – diets, exercise regimens, cleanses, etc - always backfired because I was pushing, forcing and efforting – using those false manifestor energies. (They don’t work.)

But this time I was in my true, full Self, in my body, filled with my essence, overcome with love and joy for my self and my expression here on Earth, and I made a true conscious choice – a choice made from the consciousness of All That I Am instead of mind judgments, doubts, etc – and I FELT my body respond. I felt it perceive my choice and immediately “go to work” to manifest it.

Since that moment less than one month ago, I have dropped nearly 10 pounds. What, why and how much I eat has changed, but not necessarily in the ways you might think. And again I hesitate to share the specifics because those aren’t the solution. There isn’t some new “Shaumbra weight loss diet” to tell you about, there is simply the reunion with Self. And for me the change is happening with absolutely no efforting, no control and no power struggles, but rather total acceptance, lots of feeling, and total trust in my choice. And I know the weight will continue to disappear because All That I Am heard, felt and participated in my choice, and I am therefore manifesting my new reality here on Earth.

So now that you know how it works – and that it really DOES work (I’m not some invisible spook talking about a nice theory!) – the real question is, are you brave enough to actually choose? Because when you make that level of conscious choice, it WILL change your life. Are you ready for that?

Dear Shaumbra, it really is time to make it real, and you can. You don’t need to “learn” anything else, only get deeply into you and into your body. It works! My life is already changing because of the choices I have made in wholeness, trust and connection with my body. After all, my body is the part of me that’s here on Earth, so that’s where I have to be to make it real!

Make it real, Shaumbra. No amount of whining, wanting, wishing, thinking, figuring or hoping will make ANY choice come true when you’re not fully present here on Earth. Get into your body. Feel it. Breathe. And your Shaumbra heart will guide you into a whole new world – created by You!

ILLUSIONS

"WHEN WE BEGIN TO raise our vibration through the ascension process, we are then finally able to really see what is actually going on. Raising our vibration allows us to see beyond the veil of all the illusions. It is as if some cloud cover has been cleared away and now we can see what was really going on all the time. We are no longer, then, viewing things from the mis-perception and filter of our dis-connect selves.

When the illusions are finally revealed, it can cause what I call "ascension shock." It is as if we just found out that the two people we thought were our parents for our entire lives, were really our grandparents or perhaps our adoptive parents. When it becomes clear that things were not what we thought they were, it can throw us into a tizzy. But in a very short time, we seem to be able to adjust and move forward, only this time, we are in a very New space of enlightenment.

Breaking the illusions, frequently occurs in regard to our personal relationships. We may come to realize, and usually very suddenly, that our most cherished relationships with others were not what we thought they were. In the higher realms, relationships are based upon a mutual love and respect; very simply. If we are having relationships for other reasons, they will blow up in our faces in the higher realms.

When the illusions are revealed, we may come to see that we were in one relationship because we were lonely, or another because someone was a good listener. Or perhaps one of us was a good supporter, and we needed our needs met and were using another person for this purpose. Or maybe, we even enjoyed feeling important and needed ourselves. The list can be endless, but in the higher realms, we are complete and whole within ourselves and all our needs are met. Therefore, our relationships are based upon love and respect, and a wonderful and special equal purpose of companionship. When we come together as soul teams, another component is added that involves a mutual contribution to the planet, so things get even better!

Illusions can also be revealed in regard to how we thought things worked. At 3D levels, we were only able to explain things and offer stories according to what we could wrap our minds around at a 3D level. As we begin to expand and move into the higher realms, things get moved up a notch or two. We can find through our own personal experiences, that energy and spirituality was not what we had been told it was. Generally speaking, it is much more simple and loving. No lessons to be learned, karma to experience, or any other kind of harsh and consequential "rules." It simply involves learning how energy works and responds. And also knowing that there are higher and lower vibratory levels of energy. The rest is just a game that we made up in order to place meaning and a story on energy movement and manifestations.

Once many of the illusions are revealed, we are greatly freed up. No more boxes to fit into or be stuck in, and no more roads that we are forced to travel upon. Without the illusions, we can then live the way we were intended to live. The earth was originally created as a playground for experiencing and creating. We can then create whatever we choose when we are free from the illusions that were created from a lower level mentality and belief system.

Part of the ascension process involves restoring the earth to this original blueprint; the original blueprint of creating freely from a mindset of no restrictions or lower vibrating beliefs. So then, by suddenly being able to really "see" what was real and what was not, we are following along with the perfect plan of ascension.

If you have chosen this page, you are being asked to realize that illusions keep us in a box. By being able to take the plunge of being willing to see that things are not what they seemed, you will be greatly supporting your ascension process. Although it can be difficult to let go of the illusions, as they help us to feel secure, there is really more security in the higher realms through our increased connection to Source. Finally being able to "see" can be scary, but as you adjust and go higher, things really get better."

odgovornost, moj potencial

o odgovornosti sva rekli besedo s prijateljico. zakaj sama beseda nosi tako težo, o prevzemanju odgovornosti za življenje, pa da se manipulira z njo...

potem ko bi pred desetletji večina znancev rekla, da jaz sem odgovoren človek, so se ta mnenja kasneje začela spreminjati. nekateri so mi dali vedet, da ne samo nisem odgovorna, ampak celo, da postajam nerazumna. in zakaj? ker sem v resnici šele začenjala postajat odgovorna. odgovorna do sebe. do sebe, ne več do okolice, ki je to seveda želela in pričakovala da bom jaz naprej odgovorna do njih. to pa pomeni, da bom zanje držala energijo, kot so bili navajeni kar je dostikrat pomenilo – da nisem bila odgovorna do sebe

z odgovornostjo, ki jo od posameznika pričakuje okolica, od njega terja kompromise. zakaj že?

danes imam odgovornost nekako... rada. sicer sem dolgo rabila, ampak zdaj pa že znam precej skrbet zase se negovat. sebe imam rada bolj kot kdaj in ena od idej, ki so mi pomagale pri tem je bila: nisem odgovorna, če tebi nisem všeč, če si jezna ali vesela zaradi mene. edina odgovornost, ki jo imam, je odgovornost do sebe ker pač nimam več majhnega otroka, ki sicer je odgovornost mamice tudi v smislu tega pisanja

sprevrženost odgovornosti v naši družbi je včeraj do solz resno demonstriral eden naših županov na prostoru, kjer deluje, v vrtcu ni prostora za več kot dvesto malčkov jih bodo pač varovali njihovi stari starši, je dejal, saj je to njihova »biološka odgovornost« moj smisel za humor je nadomestil solze obupa - take bi bile, če bi mi pritekle

vse, kar se nam danes zgodi, je potencial za aktiviranje osebnega potenciala odgovornosti ko sem odgovorna, pomeni, da odgovorim na nekaj. vsako jutro imam priliko začeti svoj dan odgovorno in potem v dnevu odgovarjam na situacije, človeka, sporočilo, idejo; reagirat je seveda lažje, samo posledice so drugačne. sam »odgovor na« namreč terja mobilizacijo vseh naših sposobnosti. zanimivo, da responsibility v angleščini pomeni »respond with ability« v odgovorih imaš tako priliko spoznati, česa si sposobna, kdo sploh si saj zato pa gre, a ne? blagoslavljajmo jih torej, ki nam pritiskajo na gumbe

''Let me give you another paradigm for healing: Let us say there's one in here that has something surging through your body that you would like to eliminate. Perhaps you don't think I know who's here, do you? Am I speaking clear enough to you or not, dear one? [Kryon pause]

In a three-dimensional paradigm, you wish you could somehow heal this, don't you? You wish to take it out of your body and put something else in. Let me give you a whole different idea: Why not simply transform it? In the quietness of your meditation, why don't you speak to the quantum levels of your DNA? "How do I do that, Kryon?" Do it through the Higher-Self, which was there in every lifetime! Did you realize that? One Higher-Self, many lives. You have a friend who was there every time! Say to that Higher-Self, "Find me the lifetime that didn't have the disease, and put it in my existing DNA!" For it's in your DNA, in the interdimensional levels. Your personal Akashic record is in your DNA! Slowly bring forward that lifetime. Replace the portions of your DNA that you have now, with the attributes of another that was also YOU... one you lived already and have earned. It's still there. "Can we really do that, Kryon?" Indeed, this is the phase in which we are teaching it. This is the phase where you can begin the process to learn it - more than you've hoped for, perhaps.

"Now it's getting strange," you say. Indeed! For when you look at quantum gifts, they don't make sense. But in the scheme of the love of God, they do. You don't have to understand it, dear ones, in order to do it. "Kryon, this is too complicated. I need a list. What do I do first? What do I do second?" Why do Humans do that? Who told you that you needed to know how it works? "Well, Kryon, it just makes sense. We should know something about it before we entrust our entire life to a process." Really? So when you leave this room, then go and get into your automobile, all of you then stop everything you do, reach under the seat for the manual of the car, and you study the list of all the parts. Right? After all, you would not trust your life to the system you don't understand, would you? I think you understand my point. You do it all the time! So why not trust the workings of God, who loves you, when you already do it with an automobile that doesn't even know your name?''

OSEBNA ENERGIJA

VAJA

Pred časom sem naredila preizkus. Ob vikendih se mi zjutraj ponavadi prav nič ne ljubi. Zbudim se utrujena (moram reči, da nakup novega latex ležišča to utrujenost zelo zmanjšuje!) in naloge ter opravila, ki so pred menoj se mi zdijo neznansko težke, dolgočasne, utrujajoče in odveč. Zadnjič pa sem se odločila, da preverim, če je lahko tudi drugače. Odločila sem se, da preizkusim zavestno izbiro in naravnanost. Želela sem opraviti čim več stvari ne glede na raven energije, ki jo premorem. Sprva bolj len začetek rutinskih jutranjih pospravljanj se je spremenil v vnemo. Energije je bila tu. Ker sem tako izbrala in ker sem nekaj tudi storila v tej smeri.

Se mi zdi, da vedno ne bo tako enostavno - a vaja je uspela:). Naredila pa sem ga zato, ker dejansko vidim, da čez teden, ko hodim v službo, so jutra čisto enaka, zaspana in počasna, a le do trenutka ko se spravim ven iz stanovanja in me zrak čisto prebudi in spremeni. Če sem zjutraj še tako utrujena in brezvoljna, se že kmalu po prihodu v službo (in ne, ob sedmih si ne grem najprej skuhati kapučina ali čaja) spravim v delovni tok, čemur sledi tudi moja energija in dejansko je v celem zadnjem letu, bilo zelo malo dni v službi, ko me je utrujenost basala cel delovni čas. Prav smešno je, ker si zjutraj tolikokrat rečem – ko pridem domov, grem pa počivat. A se potem stvari navadno kar ne odvijejo tako. Po koncu službe imam še vedno dovolj energije in ponavadi ni nobenih možnosti, da bi se zares samo ulegla, ko pridem v stanovanje.

Moja energija torej sledi moji naravnanosti in mojim dejanjem. Ole!

ZAUPAM vase

ALI SI NE ZAUPAŠ,

je vprašanje, ki mi ga je pred časom postavila kolegica. Presenetilo me je, priznam. Ker sem bila prepričana, da si zaupam, da sem ta odnos s seboj že vzpostavila in da deluje.

Vprašanje je bilo vezano na čisto trivialen dogodek, ko sem v hiši, kjer delam, slišala njen glas in si rekla ''Ah, saj to ni ona!''. Pa ima Bojana en tak, zame precej prepoznaven glas. In sem šla mimo, brez da bi se prepričala. Potem se Bojana pojavi v moji pisarni in ji povem za dogodek. In odgovor (vprašanje), ki mi ga je dala, je zgoraj. Ne vem točno, kaj sem ji odgovorila, sem pa potem kar nekaj časa nosila vprašanje s seboj.

Res me je presenetilo, ko sem ugotovila, da pa dejansko marsikdaj in marsikje, zatrem ta glas v sebi. Glas, ki je seveda tudi zaupanje vase in intuicija. In presenetilo me je na kakšne subtilne načine si ne zaupam. Se vam je že zgodilo, da ste pisali en čisto navaden e-mail prijateljici ali znancu in tehtali ter tehtali besede, da ja ne bi kaj narobe povedali in da me ja ne bi, kdo narobe razumel. No, meni se je to zgodilo, kmalu po tem vprašanju. In sem videla, da je povezano z zaupanjem vase.

In sem ugotovila, da včasih tako kompliciram kakšne reči in pretehtavam in puščam odprte vse poti, ker enostavno ne zaupam v svojo presojo. Zanimivo. Res.

Vprašanje mi je pokazalo tudi odgovor na to, kako si zaupati. Ko sem brisala besede, ki sem jih tipkala prijateljici in tehtala, kako bi bilo bolj prav izraziti se, sem ugotovila, da je enostavno. Odločiš se, da je v redu, tako kot si napisal. Izbereš. In je. In ni bilo trikratnega prebiranja stavkov in ni bilo omahovanja pri gumbu ''pošlji''. Pošlji, zaupaj si, mi je prišepnil moj glas in sem ga enostavno ubogala. Pa še stranski učinek učinkovitosti je res fantastičen.

Poskusi. Izberi, da si zaupaš. Preprosto je. Samo malo vaje še potem potrebuješ in zaupanje je tu. In vaja je samo v tem, da se spomniš. Spomniš, da si lahko zaupaš.

In še vprašanje zate, ki to bereš: ''Si zaupaš?''.
